PINEAPPLE PEPPER SLAW 
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 c. shredded crisp green cabbage
1 green pepper, diced
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits

Mix mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, caraway seeds and mayonnaise. Toss with cabbage, pepper and drained pineapple tidbits. Chill, top with green pepper rings for decoration. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
