QUICK WHEAT BREAD 
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. soy flour (If you don't have this just add a 1/2 cup
of whole wheat flour)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. honey

Stir dry ingredients together. Blend liquid ingredients together, pour them into the dry and blend well. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. It's done when a toothpick comes out clean.
