3 c. mashed sweet potatoes with 1 c. sugar or 3 c. mashed yams & 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients in mixer. Put into a greased 9'x13" dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour with a pinch of soda
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 stick butter, softened

Mix all ingredients together and put on top of mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
