SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bag frozen sm. cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
1 c. crabmeat, drained
1 c. bread crumbs, softened with
1 c. light cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
6 finely chopped hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. finely grated onion
Extra bread crumbs for topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and paprika; dot with butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
