SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lump back fin crab meat, fresh
1 stick butter
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp., chopped parsley or flakes
1 sm. jar sliced pimento
Bread crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)

Combine 1/2 stick of butter with other ingredients except bread crumbs. Being careful not to mash the meat, fill buttered casserole with the mixture. Top with buttered bread crumbs using the remaining 1/2 stick of butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Note: May sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of hot mixture. May use half cooked shrimp and half crab meat for this recipe.
