RICH CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornbread
1 c. white flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy whipping cream
2 tbsp. water
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. cooking oil

Sift together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix together cream, water, egg and oil. Add liquid, all at once, to dry ingredients. Stir only enough to mix. Bake in greased pan. (8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch) for 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
