RICH CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Whipping cream

1. Stir sugar and cornstarch together in a 1 quart glass measure. 2. Gradually stir in milk until blended add chopped chocolate. 3. Microwave uncovered at HIGH power for 5 minutes. 4. Whisk thoroughly to blend chocolate. 5. Microwave at high power until boiling and thickened 2 to 3 minutes. 6. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour into 4 cups. Let stand until cooled then top with whipping cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
