RICH CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
1 c. whipping cream (whipped)

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter, press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla and cinnamon, mix well. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
