CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. shredded zucchini or 1 can cherry pie filling

Beat together first 6 ingredients. Add cocoa, cinnamon, cloves and soda. Blend in flour then zucchini. Bake in 9x13 baking pan sprayed with Pam, 325 degrees, for 30 to 40 minutes. Ice with whatever you like.
