2 c. brown or white sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten separately
2 c. milk

Mix the dry ingredients, then add butter, beaten egg yolks, and milk. Fold in the egg whites. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until done.
