1 (3 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding
1 pt. coffee ice cream
1 c. milk
1 pie crust (baked and cooled)

Combine ingredients and beat. Pour into pie shell (baked). (Oreo cookie crust is good but any kind "works".) Freeze. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

So easy and so good!
