TEA TABLE CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (7 1/2 oz.) jars Jr. carrots baby food

Cream eggs, sugar, and oil; mix dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Stir in carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes in 2 pans (13 x 9 inch). Frost with icing and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Freezes well.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
