SQUASH MEDLEY 
1 pt. frozen or fresh yellow squash
1 lg. bell pepper, sliced
3 to 4 tomatoes, cut into sm. pieces
1 lg. onion, diced
3 to 4 slices cured bacon
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook squash, drain. Pour squash into baking dish and add other vegetables, bacon and salt and pepper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
