3 lb. stew meat
3 cans mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. wine

Combine all ingredients and put in casserole dish, covered, and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 hours. Add potatoes and vegetables and bake about 45 minutes longer or until tender.
