BREAKFAST SANDWICH SOUFFLE 
12 pieces bread
12 pieces sliced cheese or shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes dry mustard
Salt & pepper
1/4-1/2 c. milk
Sizzlean or bacon

In 9 x 13 x 2 1/2 inch dish or pan layer 6 sliced bread in bottom then cheese, then bread, then layer again.

Mix eggs, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Beat until mixed. Pour on top of bread layers.

Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Put bacon or sizzlean (good) on top of bread. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked, about 20-30 minutes.
