NACHO DIP 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 (1 lb. each) cans refried beans
1 lg. onion, diced
1 sm. can diced chilies
1/2 c. Jack cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. taco salsa, mild or medium

Fry beef and onion until light brown. Spread beans in oven proof pan. Top with beef and onion. Sprinkle chiles, cover with cheese and dribble with sauce. Bake at 400 degrees, 25 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup green onion, chopped, 1 cup olives, chopped, 1 cup avocado dip and 1 cup sour cream.
