DEATH BY CHOCOLATE 
1 pkg. brownie mix or your favorite fudge brownie recipe
6-8 Heath candy bars, crushed or toffee candy or bits of brickle
2 pkgs. Jello chocolate mousse or chocolate pudding, prepared according to pkg. directions
1 lg. carton Cool Whip, thawed or whipped cream
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Garnish (chocolate syrup, sliced almonds, chocolate curls)

Prepare and bake brownies as directed on package. Let cool and then crumble. In a large glass bowl put in layers 1/2 of crumbled brownies, 1/2 candy bars and 1 package mousse. Fold almond extract into Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 over the mousse layer. Repeat layers, ending with Cool Whip. Garnish with chocolate syrup, almonds and chocolate curls. Refrigerate until serving.
