HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
2 c. chopped cooked chicken 2 hard boiled eggs 1 sm. jar pimento 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. chopped celery 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 tbsp. minced onion Med. size pkg. of potato chips Mix ingredients, except chips. Put layer of chips on bottom. Put in chicken mixture and top with layer of chips. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 or 20 minutes. May be frozen and used later. Serves 8. |
