BARBEQUED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Melt butter. Add onion and cook until onion is tender. Add mustard, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Add water and tomato juice; cook for 5 minutes or until thick.

Place 1 cut up chicken in a baking dish. Brush with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with barbeque sauce. Bake chicken for 1 hour or until done in a 325 degree oven.
