SOY CHICKEN WINGS 
1 1/2 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic granules
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of ginger

Bring above ingredients to a low boil for 8 minutes. Then remove from heat and set aside. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer to fill a 9 x 13 inch pan. (4-5 pounds) Pour the sauce over chicken wings.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For darker richer color, I baste the wings 2 times during the last 30 minutes.
