SOY CHICKEN
4 deboned chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. salt, pepper and Accent
2 garlic cloves
3 green onion heads
1 tbsp. white sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce

Place chicken in bowl. Add salt, pepper and Accent to chicken breasts. Dice garlic cloves small and crush. Chop onion heads small; add to garlic. Add white sugar and soy sauce; mix together. Pour over chicken. Soak chicken at least 10 minutes before you fry it on medium heat with small amount of oil in pan. Fry until brown. Put on plate.

Slice 1/2 onion, 1/2 bell pepper, 4 ounces mushrooms. Stir-fry in the pan you removed chicken from. Add marinade after vegetables are stir-fried. Then mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and stir into vegetables and marinate. Pour on top of chicken. This can be served over rice.
