SOY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can Soy Chik, cut in sm. pieces
1 box wild rice, Uncle Bens, cooked
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. water chestnuts
1 pkg. potato chips to crumble on top

Mix all ingredients together and top with chips. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes a 9x13 casserole.
