SUPER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 lb. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c. water
1 ice cube
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 sq. (1 oz. ea.) unsweetened chocolate, melted

Grease and flour tube pan (small size). Cream butter and brown sugar well. Add 3 eggs; blend well.

In cup of water add ice cube and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with water mixture. Add melted chocolate. Pour into tube pan and bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes. Frost with Chocolate Frosting.

Chocolate Frosting:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir twice. Cool for 2 or 3 minutes. Beat at highest speed until it thickens. Spread on cake.
