OVERNIGHT SALAD 
2 1/2 c. diced pineapple
2 c. white (Royal Anne) cherries
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 oranges or 2 c. mandarin oranges (also you can use fruit cocktail)

Drain - use some of the juice for dressing.

DRESSING FOR SALAD:

4 tbsp. vinegar or juice from fruit
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs

Beat eggs and add vinegar or juice and sugar and flour and cook in double boiler beating constantly until thickens. Remove from heat and add 4 tablespoons butter. When cool fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Double this recipe makes a large bowl. Set overnight.
