CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherry or berry pie filling
Vanilla wafers

Put cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla in bowl. Beat until smooth. Place vanilla wafers in cupcake papers in cupcake pans. Top with cream cheese filling about 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes. Top with spoonful of pie filling and chill.
