5 lb. chicken wings
Oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. green onions, chopped
Flour
Garlic, mashed
1/3 c. water
1 c. oyster sauce

Coat chicken wings with flour. Heat oil. Add mashed garlic, brown wings, mix wings and sauce and bake into oven at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
