BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 tbsp. oil
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 1/2 lb. round steak
Flour
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 cans tomato soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
16 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 lb. Rotini noodles or egg noodles

Cut meat in strips (1/2 x 1 inch) and flour. Brown in hot oil. Add garlic and onion. Combine soup, mushrooms, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. Pour over meat and simmer for 1 hour. Stir in sour cream and serve over hot noodles. (Best done in electric fry pan.) Serves 5-6.
