BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 3 tbsp. flour 2 1/2 c. water 1 env. Lipton onion soup 2 tbsp. canned tomato paste 1/2 c. dairy sour cream In large skillet, stir meat until browned. Transfer to colander, drain fat into appropriate container. Rinse meat under hot water to further remove fat. Return drained meat to skillet, blend in soup mix, flour, tomato paste. Stir in water and simmer, covered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve on noodles or rice. |
