CHOPPED BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 tbsp. canned tomato paste
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

In a large skillet, stir meat until browned. Blend in Lipton onion soup mix, tomato paste and flour. Stir in water and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve on noodles and garnish with parsley.
