1 pkg. lemon cake mix
2 c. Cool Whip
1 egg
Sifted powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, egg and Cool Whip. The batter will be very stiff. Roll into little balls the size of a walnut or slightly smaller. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Check bottom of cookie to see if it is brown. Don't let top of cookie brown. These are chewy. Makes about 3 dozen. I have tried other cake flavors. Be creative and try different ones. Great for Bible School.
