CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES | |
6 oz. chocolate chips 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 tbsp. butter 4 c. Rice Krispies 6 oz. butterscotch chips 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1 tbsp. water Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in heavy saucepan. Stir in 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal. Spread half in buttered 8" square pan. Chill. Melt chocolate chips over hot water along with the butter and the water. Then add the 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Spread over first mixture in pan. Cover with remaining butterscotch mixture. Chill until firm. Then eat it up. |
