2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup cooked, chopped prunes

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease and flour a 9x13x2-inch pan. Sift together dry ingredients.

Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.

GLAZE:

Combine

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. corn syrup

Bring to a boil. Pour over pudding in pan while still hot.
