1 box yellow (or chocolate) cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg. vanilla (or chocolate) pudding, not instant

Blend all ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
