PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 med. size 1/4 - 1/2 inch pork chops (trim fat)
1 c. long grain rice
2 cans Campbell's Beef Broth
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in large casserole dish.

Add broth, rice and onions to melted butter. Stir. Place pork chops in single layer. (Broth should cover.)

Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, remove foil and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until chops are brown and the broth is absorbed.

Variety: Add English peas, lima beans or carrots to rice mixture before cooking.
