PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
2 onions, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
Vegetable oil
Salt & pepper

Brown pork chops and onions in small amount of oil and season with salt and pepper. Grease 9 x 12 inch baking dish and layer chops, 1/2 the onions, potato slices and remaining onions. Combine soup and milk and pour over casserole. Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. If desired, remove foil and top with 1 cup grated cheese last 5 minutes of baking. Serves 6.
