RICE AND PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 pork chops
1/2 c. water

Mix rice and cream soups; spoon into greased shallow baking dish. Arrange pork chops over soup mixture; sprinkle with onion soup mix. Pour water over pork chops; seal dish tightly with foil. Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 2 hours. Remove foil. Bake for 20 minutes longer.
