PORK CHOP & RICE CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops or 4-5 tenderloins
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. hot water
3/4 c. raw white rice
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika

Brown pork and put in shallow baking dish (9 x 13 inch). Sprinkle with raw rice. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 3 cups very hot water. Pour over pork and rice. Spread with the onions and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
