PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
4 pork chops
1 can beef consomme soup
1 can onion soup

Pour rice into casserole dish. Brown pork chops on each side, not done, but brown. Place on rice. Cover rice and pork chops with soups. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
