BROWNIES 
1 c. oil
4 pkg. pre-melted chocolate
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix oil and chocolate together. Beat eggs until light, stir in sugar. Then add chocolate and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Add nuts. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool and frost. Cut in squares.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. pre-melted chocolate
2 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. lite cream
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
