CHEESE PASTA 
2 lbs. hamburger (or half sausage meat)
2 med. onions, chopped
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. lg. shells

Brown beef or beef and sausage with onions. Drain and season with garlic powder and salt and pepper. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, and sauce and simmer 20 minutes. Cook and drain shells.

In a deep 9x13 inch casserole, layer half the shells, half the sauce, half the sour cream, and all the Provolone. Then layer the remaining shells, sauce, sour cream, and top with all the Mozzarella. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serves 8-10.
