CHEESE & PASTA IN A POT 
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (1 lb.) peeled tomatoes
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pt. lean sour cream
1 lb. shredded mozzarella

Cook ground beef in deep frying pan. Drain excess fat. Add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and undrained mushrooms. Simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook shells according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Pour 1/2 shells into a deep casserole. Cover with 1/2 tomato-meat sauce. Spread 1/2 sour cream over sauce. Top with 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Repeat and cover casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until cheese melts and brown slightly. Serves 8.
