CHEESE & PASTA IN A POT 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) can broiled sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1/2 lb. sliced provolone cheese
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain. Add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and undrained mushrooms and mix well. Simmer 30 minutes or until the onions are soft.

Meanwhile, cook the macaroni shells according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Pour 1/2 the shells into a deep casserole. Cover with 1/2 the meat sauce. Spread 1/2 the sour cream. Top with provolone cheese. Repeat, ending with Mozzarella cheese. Cover casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover, continue baking until the mozzarella melts and browns slightly.
