ORANGE - GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
2 lb. sweet potatoes or 2 cans
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook unpared fresh sweet potatoes until tender. Drain, peel. If canned potatoes are used, drain and cut potatoes in halves.

Mix corn syrup, butter, orange juice, and salt in large skillet. Cook until mixture comes to boil. Boil 3 minutes. Add potatoes, cook slowly, turning occasionally, about 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are well glazed. Makes 8 servings.
