PERFECT POPOVER PIZZA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (30 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Lightly brown meat, onions and green pepper. Drain well. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Prepare Popover Batter.

POPOVER BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs

Beat eggs. Add milk, flour and oil. Beat until smooth. Spoon meat mixture into a 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with pepperoni, mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese. Pour batter on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
