BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
2 1/2 c. instant rice
1 can cream of celery soup (Or cream of chicken soup)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Or cream of chicken soup)
1 c. milk
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 chicken fryer, cut up

Put rice in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry soup mix over rice. Add cream soups and milk, stir well. Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil and bake until chicken is golden brown up to 1 hour or more.
