CANNED CORN CASSEROLE | |
15 oz. can well drained whole kernel corn 15 oz. can creamed-style corn 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1 stick butter, melted (butter) 1 c. sour cream Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until center is firm. |
