ROAST BEEF 
1 (2 lb.) round beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
5 tbsp. vegetable oil

Put the piece of meat (reserve excess fat) in a deep oven proof dish that has been lined with a long piece of aluminum foil (to catch all the juices). Sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper. Pour the vegetable oil on top. Bake it for 15-20 minutes on 500 degrees.

Turn the oven off and let it cool in it. Remove it from the oven and slice it in very thin slices.
