PORK CHOPS A LA JIM 
8 pork chops
1 lg. can sauerkraut
2 lg. cans tomato sauce (15 oz. each)
1/2 c. brown sugar

Fry or bake pork chops. Place in 2 layers in deep frying pan. Between layers put sauerkraut, tomato sauce and brown sugar. Cover. Simmer for 45 minutes.
