TURKEY WILD RICE SOUP ALA ANNIE 
2 c. diced cooked turkey
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
6 oz. pkg. long grain wild rice mix
5-6 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. broccoli florets
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. half and half
Salt and pepper

In a Dutch oven, saute onion in butter. Add turkey, both packets from rice mix, water, and bouillon. Stir. Add broccoli and carrots. Bring to a boil; stir. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender.

Stir in half and half. Heat to serving temperature. Do not boil. Stir in salt and pepper. Serves 6.

This is an easy great recipe. A good way to use left over turkey. I'm not a broccoli fan so I sauted celery with the onion.
