HEATH BAR COOKIES 
1 lb. chocolate wafers (dipping chocolate)
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
48 graham crackers (quarters)

Place crackers on lightly greased cookie sheets. Melt butter and sugar in pan. Boil 2 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat. Add nuts and vanilla. Spoon mixture over top of crackers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.

While they are baking bring water to boiling point in bottom of double boiler. Remove from heat. Place chocolate wafers in top of double boiler. Stir to melt over hot water. Spoon chocolate over crackers. (If any of the nut mixture melts off crackers while baking, put back on crackers with knife before covering with chocolate.
